Myers—Savage Visitors from Sydney, Auckland. Wellington, Christchurch, Rotorua, and Stratford, were among relatives and friends who attended Miss AVinifrede Cecilia Savage’s wedding in AJasterton recently. Escorted by her father, the bride entered the church in a gown of ivory lace over satin. The sleeves were long and the gracefully-cut skirt formed a train. A coronet of orange blossom held her veil and she carried cream roses and maidenhair fern.

Aliss Margaret Savage, the bride’s sister (chiefj, and Miss Eileen Alyers, the bridegroom’s sister, were bridesmaids, wearing pink floral sheer georgette with touches of cherry velvet and pink crinoline hats. Mr.' M. Myers. the bridegroom’s brother, was best man. and Air. E. Savage was groomsman.

At a reception in the Alidland Hotel, Miss Anne Savage, the bride’s sister, received the guests with Mrs. Alyers. She wore a striped floral crepe de chiue frock and a silver fox fur. Airs. Alyers was in a brown pin-stripe 'allured suit and fox fur. Many good wishes and congratulatory telegrams were received by the young couple. The bride travelled in a french grey costume with matching accessories. Mr. and Airs. Alyers will live at Island Bay, Wellington.

"Very French” is the righl term to apply to a really outstanding coat at Celia's, it. is made of a super quality black face cloth with a velvety surface in a slightly swagger style. Full bishop sleeves are of black sealskin, also the wide peter pan collar which pulls up to frame 'the face, and a band down the front is sealskin. The coat is lined with black satin, and really is very specially attractive. Another black coat is of the loveliest cloth, with a soft twill surface. II is a straight coat buttoned straight up the front with square wooden dice buttons. A standing collar is of black lamb, and a wide slitched-on belt of the stuff just knots in front. A perfect, travel coat is a teddy bear coat, double breasted, with a swing back fastened with brown wooden buttons, If. is very good quality and as light as a feather. Salon Celia.
