PALESTINE TALKS NOT COMPLETE FAILURE
Reassurances From Arab
Leader LONDON, March 22. Before leaving for Palestine, Fakrl Bey Nashashibi, leader of the Arab Defence Party, said he did not regard the Palestine conference as a complete failure. The British proposals contained many advantages. The Arabs would not fear for the future, as they had been assured that they would remain in a large majority and that Palestine would never provide a solution for a world Jewish State.
