Italian Reinforcements For Libya CAIRO, March 2.1. The Premier, Mahmoud Pasha, lias protested to the Italian Ambassador against the sending of reinforcements to Libya and informed him that, if the movements continue, Egypt will take measures to protect her frontier, together with her ally, Britain.

The Italian Minister in Cairo is returning to Rome tomorrow to report on the situation in Egypt.
