GERMAN TROOPS ON WAY TO ITALY

Reported Move Through Brenner Pass LONDON, March 21. It is reported from Paris that a Swiss member of Parliament, M. Opreclit. declared that German troops had passed through the Brenner Pass aud were going toward Italy, where branches of the German Air Force are being established. He stated also that there was a strong element of Gorman troops in Libya.
