Von Nida Ims been one of the sensations of Auslralttin golf, as he luis.iu turn beaten such world-renowned visitors Io the Commonwealth as Gene Sarazen, Walter Hagen and Bobby Locke. Among the titles he holds is the Philippines open cliatnpionsbip (twice), Queensland open championship (three limes), Queensland close elnunpionsliip, New South AVaies professional championship, and Federal open championship. Creiniu has twice won the Australian professional cliampion.sbip and twice won I lie New South Wales ptofessional cliatnpionsbip. The Australians will arrive at. Wellington from Sydney on April 3, anti after playing an exhibition match at Masterion the following day,, they will plav a match on the Miramar links ou April 5. After touring the South Island, they will return to Wellington, and Von Nida will play a special match against the unattached AVellington professional, A. J. Shaw, on the Miramar links on April 15.
