HUNGARIAN TROOP MOVEMENTS Reservists Called Up FEARS OF GERMAN INCITEMENT By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received March 21, 1.30 a.in.) LONDON. Marell 20. Reports of increased military activity in Hungary, including the calling up of reservists, many of whom have been sent to the Rumanian frontier, are regarded with misgiving in London. It is considered that Germany might incite Hungary to attempt to regain the Hungarian minority area from Rumania and then Germany would attack Rumania on the ground that it was necessary to help Hungary. It is reported from Prague that German troops have occupied western Slovakia but have not yet penetrated the snow-covered Tatra Mountains leading to the east. Hungarian troops crossed the Slovak frontier at a few points. They are still pouring into Ruthenia and many civilians are being called up.
