Art Lovers Attend Opening Of Carnegie Collection

In the spacious and pleasant surroundings i» the National Art Gallery, Buckle Street, last night, lovers of art in Wellington gathered to view the collection of facsimile reproductions of paintings presented by . the Carnegie Corporation of New York. The occasion was the official opening. invitations have been issued by the board of trustees. Professor T. A. Hunter, who was to have given the opening address, was prevented from attending, Professor \\. H. Goulet taking his place. On the stage during the opening ceremony were Professor and Mrs. W. H.
