GERMAN PROTEST
Immigration Ban In S.W. Africa .'(Received March 18, 1.30 a.m.)’ LONDON, March 17. The Cape Town correspondent of ‘The Times” says that Germany has requested a relaxation of restrictions on German immigration into Southwest Africa. The protest is reported to have resulted from a refusal in the last few days to admit many Germans regarded as agitators.
