COMPULSORY SERVICE IN BRITAIN URGED
(Independent Cable Service.) '(Received March 18, 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 17. The Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons has decided to press for the immediate introduction of compulsory service.
