Results Of Postponed Matches CLUB ACTIVITIES (By Ben ultimate.) The weather was beautifully tine on Tuesday when another round of the postponed Wellington interclub croquet matches was played. The lawns were much improved with the recent rain. Following are the results to hand: — Wellington 1 v. Woburn: Mesdames Caldow and Mautou beat Mesdames Barker and .Monks, 26-8; .Mesdames HeaderSou and Hogan beat Mesdames Walker and Mclntosh, 20-3. Wellington v. Waimarie 1: Mesdames Boocock and Boss lost to .Mesdames Johnson and Moeller, 25-26; .Mrs. Burd and Mie's Bates lost to Mesdames Bryan and Mount, 15-26. Kelburu 1 v. Kelburu 3: Mesdames Gardner and O’Donnell 'beat Mesdames Roffe and Bope, 26-13. Kelburn 3 v. Waimarie 2: Mesdames Bush and Lindsay lost -to Mesdames Cooper and Lawrence, 24-26. Kelburu 2 v. Ngaroma 2: Mesdames Pritchard and Watson beat Mesdames Pickard and Miller, 26-1; Mesdames Leadbeater and Watson lost to Mrs. Franks and F. Lawrie, 22-26. Hataitai 1 .v. Ngaroma 1: Mesdames Scott and Richardson lost to Mesdames Veitch and Galvin, 17-26. Hataitai 2 v. Eastbourne: Mesdames Brice and Thomas beat Mesdames Hill and Foley, 26-20; Mesdames Chambers and Liddell lost to Mesdames Robinson and Heenan, 1-26. Hutt Club.

The Hutt club have finished the championship matches. Mrs. Kirk won the A grade without a loss, Mrs. Piper being the runner-up with only one loss. In the intermediate section Miss D. McKenzie won also without a loss. The runner-up has yet to be decided. Victoria Club.

The committee and members of the Mount Victoria Croquet Club entertained the honorary members at a sports afternoon on Wednesday last. The visitors enjoyed the competitions and , a very happy afternoon was spent. The weather was not very favourable and some of the competitions had to be held in the pavilion. The winners of the competitions were as follows: Miss A. Pole, Miss Jordon, Mesdames Harper, Flint, Campbell, Howell, Thompson, Stroak Morton and Short. A beautiful cushion donated by Mrs. Chirnside was won by Miss Forbes. Referees’ Meeting.

The final meeting of referees for this season will be held tomorrow at 10.30 a.m. at the Y.W.C.A. Boulcott Street, Wellington. Hataitai Club.

The Hataitai club have finished their handicap double event, Mesdames Liddell and Faulkner proving the winners with Mesdames Scott and McKenzie the run-ners-up. Personals.

Mrs. Cadwallader, Hataitai, has returned from Hastings after tatting pare Ln the gold mallet competition. Mrs. Chisholm, Hataitai, has returned from a visit to Dunedin. Mrs. F. M. Ramsay, Wellington, has returned from Ohiugaitai.
