SHIP STANGATE ESCORTED TO GIBRALTAR
LONDON, March 12. H.M.S. Intrepid intercepted the British foodship Stangate, which was reported to have been arrested by a nationalist warship 23 miles north of Cape San Antonio and taken to Palma, and escorted her to Gibraltar. 25,000 MILITIAMEN TO BE REPATRIATED PERPIGNAN, March 12. Twenty-five thousand militiamen are to be repatriated shortly to Spain from Argeles concentration camp, via Hendaye.
