Mostly Cloudy, With Warmer Temperatures, Following is the general weather forecast issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, for the 24 hours ending 3 p.m. today: Cloudy over most of the North Island, with some scattered light rain bi the Auckland province, but improving. Otherwise fair to tine. Cloud increasing, however, in the far south-west with rain developing Inter, lemperatuiis becoming warmer.
