Australian Proposals as Basis For Treaty
(Received January 31. 9.35 p.m.) Canberra, January 31. The Federal Cabinet to-day agreed upon draft proposals to serve as the basis of a trade treaty with Japan and a draft has been submitted to the visiting Japanese delegation for consideration.
