Holding that a lottery had been proved in connection with a competition conducted by the Gisborne Military Band, but that the offences disclosed were trivial Mr. Walton, S.M., this morning dismissed, under section 92 of the Justices of the Peace Act, informa'tions charging the officers of tlie band with offences under the Gaming Act.
