Manchurian and Mongolian Border STATEMENT BY JAPANESE By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. (Received January 30, 10.25 p.m.) Tokio, January 30. The Foreign Spokesman said that he had hopes that the ManchuriaMongolia border affair would be settled without trouble if the outer Mongols withdrew, but it was reported that Hie outer Mongol troops were concentrating on the frontier. Consequently the Manchukuo army was preparing to meet tlie situation.
