Appeal Against Board’s Decision Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, January 30. At Palmerston North to-day there I was heard an appeal by Gavin Paterson, secretary-manager of the Tamaki Co-operative Dairy Coy., Ltd., Terehunga, Dannevirke, against the decision of the Dairy Factory Managers’ Registration Board in refusing to ■grant him a certificate of registration as a dairy factory manager in accordance with the provisions of the Dairy Industry Amendment Act, 1933. Mr. J, L. Stout, S.M., was chairman of the Appeal Board, the two assessors being Mr. W. G. Walkley, of Hawera (for appellant), and Mr. J. McDonald, of Cheltenham (for the Registration Board). Mr. W. H. Cunningham, of Wellington, appeared for appellant anti Mr. H. R. Cooper for the Registration Board. The decision of the Appeal Board was reserved.
