NOT SMALLPOX
Discharge of Auckland Patient By Telegraph—Pr&ss Association. Auckland, January 30. The patient admitted to the Auckland Hospital on Tuesday as a suspected case of smallpox was discharged today after experts had examined him and expressed the definite opinion that he was not suffering from the disease. Dr. J. W. Craven, medical superintendent of the hospital, said the patient had returned to his home. The man concerned was an Auckland resident who returned hy the Aorangl on January 20 after a trip abroad.
