Director of Postal Services, Sir Edward Campbell, Parliamentary Private Secretary to Sir Kingsley Wood, Postmas-ter-General. Their aim is the acceleration and development of Empire air services. It was learned to-day, says tlie “Sun,” that plans are being prepared for a thorough reorganisation of the England-Australia air mail service, involving the transfer of all mail contracts from shipping companies to overseas air mail contractors, and an enormous increase in the air mail fleet. It is also understood that the British delegates who are leaving England to-morrow by air mail planes will discuss the plans with the Commonwealth Government.
