Employers and Workers in Cotton Industry (British Official Wireless.) (Received January 29, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby. January 2S. Answering a Parliamentary question, flic Minister of Labour, the Hon. Oliver Stanley, said that negotiations into which employers’ and operatives’ organisations of the cotton manufacturing industry had entered, with a view to malting a new and comprehensive agreement, had now been practically completed, and it was understood application for the making of an order would shortly bo made.
