Sir, —For tlie information of those who will be affected by quotas, and who have not seen the figures previously, the following may be of interest, copied from an Australian paper of February, 1934, aai freely broadcast in that country rn-J.'tJ 00 ' 1 ?' 11 of Ri'itain for" 1933 was £6i»0,000,000, and for this sum, home producers provided 40 per cent., foreign nations 39 per cent., and the whole of the Dominions only 21 per cent. Are the Dominions receiving a" fair deal? Australia, according to her attitude, is alive to the position, and is not taking things lying down. What about New Zealand? —I am, etc.,
