Severe Canadian Winter Vancouver, January 25. Continued rain and s»ow-slides on Friday further delayed the workers who are endeavouring to reach isolated trains. Three men were killed when a Government relief camp was struck by an avalanche on the main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway Three met a similar fate in the Nelson district. Nine oilier deaths are repoU n d from exposure. Numerous families have removed from low-lying land-, (heir homes having been inundated and live stock perishing.
