AUTOGIRO’S CRASH
First in Australia PILOT SERIOUSLY INJURED (Received January 27, 6.30 p.m.) Melbourne, January 26. George Caiman was seriously injured when an autogiro he was piloting crashed at the Mornington air pageant. A passenger was unhurt, though the machine was wrecked. This is the first autogiro accident in Australia.
