SITUATION QUIETER
Jehol-Charhar Border ESTIMATE OF LOSSES Peiping, January 24. The Chinese casualties in the JeholCharhar clash are now estimated at between 40 and 50. According to the latest reports, the situation is quietening. The Japanese military authorities here say that two Japanese were killed and six wounded.
