Good Sport Reported at Mayor Island * By Telegraph.—Press Association. Tauranga. January 2-1. Tlie launch Dauntless arrived from the Mayor Island fishing grounds last night with a party consisting of Messrs Llewellyn Edwards (Wales), W. R. Edwards (Cambridge), S. G. C. Cowles and A. T Nimmo (Wellington). Each landed a swordfish, up to 3.18 pounds., A party on the Naomi, Messrs. W Seymour, E. C. Seymour, of Gisborne, A. Seymour, Hawker and W. K Bakewell, of Adelaide, landed four swordfish and two mako. Mr. Hawkers mako weighed 012 pounds. Commander A. 11. Maxwell-Hyslop, who camped on Mayor Island with Mrs. Ilyslop, also landed a swordfish weighing 212 pounds. All report excellent sport.
