ORDER OF ODDFELLOWS

Manchester Unity Lodges The last meeting of the Loyal Newtown Lodge, M.U.1.0.F., was presided over by N.G. Bro. S. Reynard. A challenge was received from the Loyal Kilbiruie Lodge in connection with the Telford Cup contest, members being invited.to attend that lodge. The challenge and invitation were both accepted. Several visitors, including the officers ct the Loyal Britannia Lodge, were welcomed. A committee was appointed to prepare a social programme lor the Ensuing twelve months, and to report at next meeting. Loyal Petone Lodge. Bro. Andrews presided over a large gathering of members and visitors at the fortnightly meeting of Loyal Petone Lodge. The N.G. welcomed the visitors. At the close members and. visitors enjoyed a social hour, the visitors expressing appreciation of the hospitality shown them. Wellington District. The district grand master, at the last meeting ot the management committee of the Wellington District, M.U.1.0.F., expressed his intention of visiting the Hutt Valley lodges at the Loyal Rose of Valley lodge room ou February 7, and invited district officers and members of the committee to accompany him.
