Dispensations Granted The Wellington City Council decided afternoon, on tlie recommendation of the By-laws Committee (1) That dispensation lie granted from compliance with the City By-laws to permit of the erection of an additioiml dwelling at property. Taft Street (Roberts). Tbe frontage of Hie pro posed dwelling to be !sft. liiis., in lieu of the by-law requirement of 20ft.. and the total area for the 2 sites 5,717 sq ft. in lieu of tiie by-law requirement of 6000 sq. ft. ' (2) That dispensation lie granted from compliance with the City By-I:iw< to permit of the erection of an additional dwelling at Seatouu Heigh's Road (Mrs. Sutherland) on an area of land half an acre: in extent. The site for tbe new dwelling to have a frontage of 10ft. in lieu of Hie by-law requirement of 20ft. Tbe new dwelling to lie kept back as far ns possible on the site while allowing it to connc't with tlie sewer drain.
