Roman Catholic Association By Telegraph.—Frees Association. Diuieelin, January 21. The annual conference of the Catholic Teachers’ Association which commences to-morrow will be attended by Bishops Whyte (Dunedin), Brodie (Christchurch), and Liston (Auckland ), also 20 priests and 200 nuns and brothers. The conference continues till Thursday. The chief work for consideration is the provisional syllabus of the religious instruction for primary and secondary schools drafted by the Christchurch conference last year. Other matters of educational importance will also be discussed.
