Magnificent View of Cascades By Telegraph.—-Press Association. Invercargill, January 17. The Malieuo, which arrived from Melbourne at 10 o’clock this morning with 370 passengers, including 157 Bov Scouts and Girl Guides, called at Milford Sound on Wednesday morning. Though light rain was falling, the visitors obtained a magnificent view of the cascades and falls down the mountain side. An American visitor, Father T. Cullen, saiu he was certain that if the scenic attractions of the Dominion were better known in America many people who now went to Europe would visit the Dominion. Six passengers disembarked at Milford Sound in order to walk across the track. The Mahono brought an Australian mail and 850 tons of cargo for all ports.
