FOUND DEAD IN CAR
Popular Brisbane Girl (Received January 16. 11.30 p.m.) Brisbane, January 16. A sensation occurred at Rockhampton due to the discovery of a young woman’s almost nude body in a car at the rear of a city boardinghouse. The victim, who liad been strangled, was identified as Phyllis Reiger, aged 23, reported to have been a very popular girl. She was seen in the company of a"man last night and the man later went to his boardinghouse and became violently ill. He is now under police surveillance.
