REDUCED DEFICIT
Expectation in Italy (Received January 16, 7.40 p.m.) Rome, January 16. Cabinet has approved the Budget estimates. A deficit is expected of £27,000.000, compared with £49,060.000. in 1934-35. Expenditure has decreased in every department except the Navy and Air Departments.
