First Annual Meeting Dominion Special Service. Mastertoil, January 15. There was an attendance of twentytwo members and probationers of the Masterton Group of the Toc-H movement at the first annual meeting of the group held in the club-room in Perry Street last night. Mr. C. M. Bowden, one of the senior members, acted as chairman in tiie absence ot the appointed chairman, Mr. R. Brewerton. The secretary, Mr. J. L. Hair, presented his first annual report, which outlined the growth of the group during the past twelve months, and also gave a comprehensive review of the programmes presented at the fifty evening meetings which were conducted during that period. -Reference was made to the various jobs carried out by group members and probationers under the guidance of Jobmaster Neville Parsonson. The election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:— Secretary, Mr. R. Richards; treasurer, Mr. N. Parsonson; jobmaster, Mr. J. Wells; housemaster, Mr. C. Wilton: deputy-chairman, Mr. Neville Ross; chairman, Mr. 11. Brewerton. The position of pilot is yet to be filled. Several recommendations to the incoming executive were brought forward for consideration. They mainly dealt with ways and means of increasing both the social and outside activities of the group.
