This attraction conies with honours from Sydney and Melbourne, and the critic- of the Melbourne “Argus" said : "Beyond all queslion Mr. Neil’s specialty artistry it the King’s is filling a Jong-felt want and that his courageous enterprise is appreciated ie evidenced by the ‘house full’ placards which are invariably displayed l-efore 8 o’clock each evening. This unique attraction eaters for the family in the broadest sense of the word, reflecting every facet of everything that is interesting, amusing and thrilling in modern entertainment. It is illustrated throughout with beautiful scenes, colourful dressing and bright business, and the amazing specialty acts are such as have not before been seen in Melbourne. A bevy of beautiful girls sing and dance their way into the hearts of their audience, and we make bold to say there is not a single item in tlie whole show but will appeal universally to all those who appreciate clever, crisp and diversified entertainment at its best.” Mr. Neil states that in his tour of Europe and the United States in 1932 lie found a definite swing to tlie combination of variety and revue, and accordingly decided to form a company of flint kind With keen judgment and long experience he selected artists and acta from London.
