Breastwork Repairs.— The repair of the wall between the Eastbourne and Lyttelton wharves on the waterfront is well advanced. The space between the interlocked piles, seen running from the right foreground, and the old wall, further to the right, has been filled with concrete and the removal of the old decking is well advanced.
