RIVER DIVERSION WORK
Hokitika Scheme Authorised By Telegraph.—Press Association. Greymouth, January 14. The Hokitika Harbour Board tonight authorised the "construction of a half-tide wall across the southern river channel as devised by the Public Works Department, in order to deepen the wharf berthage in the northern channel by diverting the flow.
