Built-up Areas in Britain (British Official Wildest.) (Received January 14, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, January 12. The Minister of Transport, Mr. L. Hore-Belisha, has decided to bring a 30-mile-per-hour speed limit into operation in built-up areas in Great Britain on March 18 next. Regulations respecting the necessary traffic signs are already made. The system of pedestrian crossings inaugurated in London six months ago is to be extended throughout the country. ____________
