STILL BARTERING
Germany’s Latest Deal . (Received January 11, 11.35 p.m.) London, January 11. The Berlin correspondent of the “Financial Times” says that Germany is still bartering. The latest deal is exchanging material for the new Oslo dock for Norwegian whale oil. It is announced that the American chambers of commerce representatives at Berlin and Frank-furt-on-Main are arranging to facilitate German-American barter transactions,
