Bridge Party An enjoyable evening was spent at the Nurses’ Home, Greytown, on Wednesday last,, when Sisters N. Oekenden and O. Cheer were hostesses at a bridge party Held in honour of Mis's L. Higginson, recently appointed matron of Greytown Hospital.
Those present included, besides tlie guest of honour, Dr. and Mrs. Cook. Mr. and Mrs. Knell, Mr., Mrs. and Miss Balfour, Mr. and Mrs. R. Jury, Mr. aud Mrs. R. Ingley, Rev. Mr. and Mrs. Isaacson, .Mr. and Miss Eagar. -Mrs. P. Ward, Mrs. Lawson, Miss Card, Mrs. Stevens, Mrs. and Miss Drummond, Mrs. Bull, Mrs. Knowles. Mrs. Eccles, Mr. B. Brooks, and Mr. C. Stunnell. Prizes were won .by Mrs. Eccles, Miss Card and Mr. Knell.
