Trade Agreement Signed

Rugby, January 9

A trade agreement, supplementary to the Ottawa Agreement, between the British Government and the Government of India was signed by the Board of Trade this afternoon.

The signatories were Mr. Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Trade, on behalf of the British Government, and Sir Bhupendra Nath Mitra, High Commissioner for India, on behalf of the Indian Government.
