FREEZING WORKERS
North Island Council Formed

Hastings, January 8.
The formation of a North Island Council of Freezing Workers took place at a meeting at Hastings during the week-end. Delegates representing the North Island unions were present, and decided unanimously that a delegation should immediately approach the Employers’ Federation with reference to a general increase in wages.
