The second women’s cricket Test was resumed in ideal weather. The wicket was good) Australia in their first innings made 162 (K. Smith 47, J. Brewer 34, B. Peden 12, P. Antonio 18 not out, I. Palmer 14). Maciagan took four wickets for 32 runs, Spear two for 19. England, in their first innings, have made 291 for live wickets (Maciagan 119, Snowball 71, Hide 24. Child 27 not out, Partridge 21 not out).
