Old Man’s Disappearance

Wairoa, January 5.

Thomas Barry, aged 71, a married man with no family, disappeared from his home on Sunday last. Hi s clothes were found on the bank of the Wairoa River, but Mr. Barry was not located, and evidently, has been drowned Police dragged tlie river yesterday and to-day, but were not successful in finding the body.
