Further Proceedings Possible (Received January 5. 1.30 a.m.) Sydney, January 4. Further deportation proceedings are contemplated by the Commonwealth against Egon Kisch under a section.of the Immigration Acq which does not require a dictation test. ' Kisch made the foregoing statement. He said he expected to receive a summons on Monday. He had intended to leave the Commonwealth next week, but had been unable to retrieve his passport or return ticket from the authorities .
