CUSTOMS REVENUE
Napier, January 3. A new record for Customs collections at the port of Napier was established by the revenue for the past 12 months.'The total of £425,!)20 for 1934 was an advance of £71,252 on the previous record, which was reached in the previous year. Eloquent testimony of the growth of the port may be gained from the following figures, giving the Customs revenue for each oom-tor »>f 1934, in comparison with the 1933 totals:—
