London, December 31. A combined mannequin parade and New Year’s Eve party was held above London in a 42-seater air liner. Passengers included representatives of the London, Paris aud New York fashion houses. Just before midnight a mannequin wearing the last evening dress designed for the 1934 season emerged into the cabin: then, at midnight, another in the first 1935 fashion appeared, the latter with curves and feathers showing the Mae West influence being slightly reminiscent of tho modes of 1910.
