To-day’s matches included: Malcolm (South Africa) defeated Knight (Australia), 6-3, 7-5, 6-3; Maier (Spain) defeated Kay, 6-1, 6-4, 6-3 Miss Lyle (Britain) defeated. Miss Stevenson. 6-0, 6-0: Miss Dearman (Britain) defeated Miss- Harry. 6-1. 6-2.
Perry and Miss Round (Britain) defeated Grinstead and Mrs, Moleswortli, 6-3, 6-3; Kirby and Mrs. Bond defeated Derhara and Mrs. Richardson, 6-3, 6-4.
