The Governor-General. Lord Bledisloe, has announced that his Majesty the King has been graciously pleased on the occasion of the New Year to confer the following honours in recognition of services rendered in this Dominion :— Knight Bachelor. CLUTHA NANTES MACKENZIE, director of the New Zealand Institute for the Blind; Auckland. PERCY ROLFE SARGOOD, of Dunedin. Companion of the Most Distinguisheil, Order of SL Michael and St. George (C.M.G.). GEORGE ARTHUR LEWIN, town clerk of Dunedin. HERBERT HARRY STERLING, Chairman of the New Zealand Railways Board. Officer of the Military Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (0.8. E.
