The bride’s mother, who is a member of a well-known Wanganui family, is now resident in New Zealand, and her father, Mr. James Reid Stewart, is dead. Only friends of the family attended the wedding, these including Sir James Parr. Lady Hcwart died tragically on November 3, 1933,
