FILM SEIZED
Speeches by Griffin and Kisch Melbourne, December 14. During the week a news reel film was made in Melbourne of Egon Kisch and Gerald Griffin, in which they delivered speeches regarding the antiwar movement. To-night the film was about to be shown at the Times Theatreette, Bourke Street, when officers of the film censorship branch visited the theatre and seized it. It was stated that the Commonwealth Government had issued instructions to censor the film.
