New Law in France London, December 27. The ‘'Financial Times” Paris correspondent says that under the new wheat law the legal obligation not to sell wheat below 108 francs a quintal has disappeared. The restoration of (he free markei despite a holiday attendance on Wednesday, resulted In a number of transactions at 75 to 80 francs for three to four months’ delivery.
