Nazis Explain Latest Arrests Berlin, December 27. The Government spokesman officially denies foreign reports of wholesale arrests and executions in Germany. There have been no executions. Reports of a thousand arrests arc exaggerated from the fact that three hundred arrests were made early in December during a campaign against sexual perversion. Two hundred of those arrested were released.
